Where O Where has the grant Money Gone?  

   Redding, CT:   Where has the CDC ITM tick study money, $300,000 for 2013  gone ?  With the tick studies biggest expense being White Buffalo. Inc. who was paid  $58,538.00 for killing ( 51 ) deer which comes to $1,147.80 per deer. That leaves  $241,462.00  for mouse boxes, tick drags, helicopter rides and of course lobbying to support the CAES and special interest groups` agenda to kill deer. Why is the Redding Health Department paying White Buffalo $25.00 for each deer and where is this money coming from ?  The residents of Redding, Ct. need the ask, " Where O Where " has the grant money has gone ?
