B.I.G. Holiday Networking and Fun at Georgetown School of Arts25 Old Mill Road in West Redding, this Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. The event will include wine, light appetizers, art work and an opportunity to mingle with some of the most amazing women in Connecticut.

Make Ben’s Bells, brightly colored ceramic works of art that are randomly hung in public place that bear a tag instructing the person who finds the bell to take it home and to remember to be kind, for free at Ben's Bells, 17 Church Hill Road in Newtown, Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to  3 p.m. and 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. and Saturdays from noon to 4 p.m.

EverWonder Experience presentsSnow Day at 31 Pecks Lane, Newtown, at 10 a.m. on Wednesday.

Movie Night at Weston Public Library, "Man of Steel" (PG-13) on Wednesday at 7 p.m., at Weston Public Library, 56 Norfield Road. The movie is free.

The 5th Annual Community Carol Sing will be performed in the auditorium at Joel Barlow High School, Thursday at 6:30 p.m.

New England Ballet Company presents its 22nd annual family 
holiday classic, The Nutcracker, Saturday at 2 p.m. at The Klein Auditorium, 910 Fairlfield Avenue, Bridgeport.

The songs and story of Irving Berlin’s classic, “White Christmas,” will come alive at a dinner-theater presentation to benefit The Center for Women and Families. The event takes place Dec. 21 and 22 at Vazzano’s Four Seasons, 377 Kenyon St., Stratford.

Here is Where: Discovering America's Forgotten History: Andrew Carroll, author of three New York Times bestsellers, will talk about his trip across the country at in Meadow Ridge Auditorium at Mark Twain Library, 100 Redding Road, Redding, this Saturday at 2 p.m.

La Roue Elayne at Cobb’s Mill Inn will present their 2nd Annual Community Concert, "Home for the Holidays", on Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 4 p.m. in Cobb’s Mill’s main dining room.
