Frigid Temperatures Can't Slow Events for The Week Ahead

AccuWeather: Starting out at 43 degrees Monday, before afternoon snow Tuesday with the temperature dropping to 20-degrees and a low of six degrees. Frigid temperatures to continue through Friday, before the mercury rises to the 30's by the weekend. Snow flurries are possible on Thursday.

Monday: Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Wednesday: Movie Night at Weston Public Library, 56 Norfield Road, with a 7p.m. showing of "The Butler"(PG-13).

Friday: Benedict's Winter Farmers Market, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Benedict's Home & Garden, 480 Purdy Hill Road.

Saturday: Winter Farmers Market, Greenfield Hill Grange, 1873 Hillside Road, Fairfield, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Sunday: A Minecraft Meetup at Weston Public Library at noon.

Music On the Road to Freedom, Norfield Congregational Church, 64 Norfield Road, Weston. The Interfaith Council of Westport and Weston presents its 9th annual Martin Luther King Day program at 3 p.m.
