Redding Roadhouse Owner Suggests Refreshing Beverages

Whether it be sunny and dry or rainy and humid outside, Karen Cook, owner and general manager of Redding Roadhouse, suggested a few of the restaurant's cocktails to help keep cool this summer.

  1. Spiced margarita, $10. "We do a spicy margarita with jalapeno-infused tequila," Cook said.
  2. Dark 'N Stormy, $8. Cook said the drink is made of dark and spiced rum and an alcoholic ginger beer.
  3. White wine sangria, $9. Cook demonstrated how Redding Roadhouse makes its sangria in the video above, giving tips for how to make it at home as well.
Cook said the patio area the Roadhouse, located at 404 Redding Road, has is "surrounded by Redding's beautiful trees and flowers."

"We love the summertime at the Roadhouse," Cook said.
