The girls basketball team suffered a 62-44 loss at No. 3 seed Ellington on Monday in the first round of the Class M state tournament.
Senior standout Ellie Martin recorded a double-double in her final game with the Trojans, scoring 18 points and grabbing 13 rebounds. Lianna Hursh added six points.

Weston, seeded 30th, finished the season at 8-13. Ellington will host Trinity Catholic, which defeated Kolbe Cathedral 74-54 on Monday, in the second round on Thursday.
Kelly Conley scored 21 points to pace Ellington while Karlee Alves added 19 in the victory.
