Barlow Girls Fall To Berlin In Class L Tourney
Falcons finish season at 15-9 following a 54-41 loss to the fourth-seeded Redcoats
The Barlow girls basketball team suffered a 54-41 loss to Berlin in the second round of the Class L state tournament on Friday.
Brittany Dumas scored 19 points and Taylor Auer added 10 for the 13th-Falcons, who finished the season at 15-9.
Barlow built leads of 10-7 after the first quarter and 21-16 at halftime, but Berlin grabbed control in the third quarter when it outscored the Falcons 20-11 to take a 36-32 lead into the final period.

Chelsea Vujs scored 21 points and Courtney Trzasko added 10 for the fourth-seeded Redcoats, who improved to 19-4.
Berlin will take on No. 5 Torrington in the quarterfinals. Torrington advanced with a 57-41 win over No. 12 Hand.
