With "Winter Storm Hercules" threatening to bury the region in up to 10 inches of snow, Supt. of Schools Colleen Palmer decided to cancel school for Friday.
A message on the district's website reads:
Due to the inclement weather, all after school activities have been cancelled for January 2nd. This includes school-related sporting events, Weston Basketball Association activities, Parks and Recreation activities, and swimming pool use.
