Jacqueline Bernstein, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David H. Bernstein of Weston, was named to the Fall Term 2012 Deans' List at Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford.

The following local residents made the Dean's List for Fall 2012 quarter at Rochester Institute of Technology:

• Robert Karl of West Redding, a fourth-year student in RIT's College of Science.
• Arielle Link of Weston, a fourth-year student in RIT's College of Imaging Arts and Sciences.
• Katharine Read of Redding, a third-year student in RIT's College of Imaging Arts and Sciences.

Colin Cahill of Redding was recently named to the Honor Roll for the fall term at Pomfret School. A student earns Honors with a 3.0 average and no grade below a B-. Colin is a member of the class of 2013.

Chelsea Cutler of Redding was recently named to the High Honor Roll for the fall term at Pomfret School. A student earns Honors with a 3.0 average and no grade below a "B-. Chelsea, a member of the class of 2015, earned the distinction of High Honors with a 3.5 average and no grade below a B-.

The following students were named to the Dean's List at the University of New Haven for the fall 2012 semester. Full-time undergraduate students must have a 3.50 or better cumulative GPA for the semester to be eligible for the Dean's List.

Lindsey Kendall, a sophomore from Weston, has recently been named to the High Honor Roll for the winter term at The Loomis Chaffee School.

John Thomas Sullivan, a resident of Easton, has been named to the Fall 2012 Champlain College's Dean's List for achieving a semester grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Sullivan is majoring in International Business.

Caroline Mead Cornish of Redding has been named to the President's List at Clemson University for the fall 2012 semester. Cornish is majoring in sociology.

Several local students have been named to the University of Delaware's Dean's List for Fall 2012.

Those students include:

• Sage Silverstein, of Weston
• Lacey Waterhouse, of Weston

To meet eligibility requirements for the Dean's List, a student must be enrolled full-time and earn a GPA of 3.33 or above for the semester.
