A 22-year-old Weston male, who lives on Tobacco Road, was charged with assault in the third degree following a domestic incident with his father on Sunday, May 13.
According to , the son was acting out of control and was confronted by his father about his behavior. The son had locked himself in his room and refused to come out when his father asked him to, saying that if he came out he would beat his father up. The father asked him to come of the room again and he did, proceeding to strike his father.
The father left the residence and got the rest of the family out as well. The son was taken to Norwalk Hospital for evaluation.
