Redding Police Charge Bethel Man with DUI

Redding Police news, Nov. 19 through Nov. 26.

After receiving a report that a suspicious vehicle was parked in front of a resident's home, Redding Police arrested a Bethel man for driving under the influence of alcohol on Wednesday, Nov. 21 at 10:17 p.m.

James Barrett, 54, was released on $50 bond and given a Dec. 6 court date.

On Tuesday, Nov. 20 at 4:04 p.m., a Black Rock Turnpike resident reported someone had stolen a ladder from their property.

A 52-year-old Redding woman was charged with disorderly conduct following a domestic incident at her residence on Tuesday, Nov. 20 at 3:27 p.m. She was released on a promise to appear in court the following day.

On Friday, Nov. 30 at 11:09 p.m. a Rock House Road resident called police because she thought there was an intruder in her house. It turned out to be her daughter.
