Redding Man Arrested for Not Answering Roaming Dog Ticket
The arrest occurred on Feb. 17.
Sebastian Martinez, 19, of Gallows Hill Road was charged with failure to respond to an infraction after he was arrested on a warrant on Feb. 17 at 6:31 p.m.
According to police, Martinez failed to pay or plea in response to a roaming dog infraction he received in September.
Martinez was held on $75 bond and given a Feb. 28 court date.

A car turning out of Joel Barlow High School struck a parked school bus with his vehicle on Feb. 15 at 12:06 p.m. The bus was occupied, but no injuries were reported during the accident. Robert Brown, 47, of Ridgefield was not given a ticket, police said.

A 16-year-old Redding female drifted off Diamond Hill Road while rounding a curve, striking a rock. The vehicle was towed, and no enforcement was taken.
