EASTON — A 20-year-old Fairfield woman was charged with DUI and a 19-year-old Easton male was issued an infraction for allowing a minor to possess alcohol Saturday, after police responded to several noise complaints at a party on Wintergreen Drive.
Officers found Ann McCaffery of Penfield Road in her vehicle in the middle of the road at 3:45 a.m. after one complaint and said she appeared confused and had the odor of an alcoholic beverage on her.
Field sobriety tests led to her arrest, according to the report.
McCaffery was released on $60 bond for an Aug. 5 court date.
