Georgetown Road Burglary Reported in Weston

On Wednesday, Dec. 14 at 3:27 p.m., a Georgetown Road resident reported to that someone had broken into his house between 8:45 a.m. and 3:20 p.m. that day. According to police, about $2,400 worth of items were stolen from the house.

The homeowner told police a garage door unlocked but normally shut was open and that two bedrooms were rummaged through. The culprits were looking for jewelry, police said.
