Easton Woman, Fairfield Man Charged With DUI

DUI arrests
On Tuesday, June 12 at 6:19 p.m., received a report that someone was driving while intoxicated on Route 58. Upon investigation, police located a vehicle parked on Route 58.
Abigail Berta, 37, of Norton Road, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, interfering with a police officer and refusing to be fingerprinted.

Berta was taken to Bridgeport Hospital and was given a June 21 court date.
On Thursday, June 14 at 8:13 p.m., William Pokorny, 49, of Fairfield turned himself in to police after learning there was a warrant for his arrest . Pokorny was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive right. He was released on $500 bond and given a June 21 court date.

Missing bracelet
On Monday, June 18 at 7:40 p.m., a Tuckahoe Road resident reported that a $12,000 bracelet was missing from their residence.
Domestic incident
On Thursday, June 14 at 9:59 p.m., a juvenile, who lives on Black Rock Road, was arrested following an argument with his mother. The juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct and given a June 15 court date.
