Easton Police Arrest Man for Failure to Respond

The arrest occurred on Nov. 30.

Brian Zahorsky, 33, of Bridgeport was arrested on Nov. 30 at 1:40 p.m. after he turned himself in to the custody of Easton Police after learning there was a warrant for his arrest.

According to police, Zahorsky failed to respond to an infraction for possession of less than one-half of an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was originally charged with those two infractions on July 4 of this year.

Zahorsky was released on $306 bond and given a Dec. 20 court date.
