Unemployment

I used to own a small business in CT.  One of my employees quit after i caught him stealing and he was awarded unemployment!  I contested it, even showed invoices.  No luck.  CT pretty much gives unemployment to everyone.  I closed my business and moved out of state.  A business owner cant file for unemployment or workers comp.  5 years of working 7 days a week before I broke even.  $225,000 of my life savings down the drain.  Never again.. This , and high tax rates are why so many businesses have left CT.
