Theresa Brasco Endorsed for GOP Registrar of Voters

Weston Republicans gave the nod to Theresa Brasco at the GOP Registrar’s Convention on May 13.

Theresa has served as Weston Republican Registrar since 2012.  Prior to that she served as Deputy Registrar.  “We are pleased and proud to endorse Theresa Brasco for election to the office of Weston Republican Registrar.  Theresa’s dedication, attention to detail and her willingness to work effectively and collaboratively make her an asset to this town and to the Republican party of Weston,” said Britta Lerner, Chair, Weston Republican Town Committee.

In her role as Republican Registrar of voters, Theresa serves as an administrator of elections.  Theresa is also responsible for voter education, organizing and conducting the annual canvass of voters, maintaining the accuracy of the registry list, updating voter files, registering new voters, training election officials and notifying voters of any district changes.  In accepting the nomination Theresa said, "I appreciate the RTC's endorsement, and look forward to continuing to work to ensure the voting rights of all Weston voters and to administering the elections held in our town."
