Magic Deer

Redding, Ct., Deer Population increasing 409% in Just one Month
Redding, CT.,  Lately the Redding deer population is growing by leaps and bounds !  In early January of 2014 the CAES ( Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station ) claimed there were  11  deer per square mile in their 1 mile test areas ( which actually measure 1.5 square miles ) in Redding, Ct.  By January 9 the number of deer with CT. DEEP`s help had increased to  30  deer per square mile and by January 24 the number had increased yet again to 35 deer per square mile. On February 11, 2014 the number of deer had increased again to 45 deer per square mile. Now those are some really magical deer, with an increase in population of  409%  in a one month period. This is just the latest in what the CAES will say and do to keep the CDC ITM grant money rolling in. The CT. DEEP`s bad behavior in regards to this situation have sportsmen throughout Connecticut shaking their heads in disgust. Scott Williams of the CAES has now sent out notices to Redding, Ct. residents, stating that " they are now at a  409%  greater risk of getting Lyme disease ".
How did Scott Williams come up with 45 deer per square mile from the ground ?  What was the actual deer count from the February 11, 2014 flight ?  Does Scott Williams really have a PHD or just a 5th grade education ?
