Moms in Weston Workshop: Getting Your Kids to Sleep

Let them "cry it out"! Easier said than done. Impossible if you live in a 2-bedroom apartment where the bedrooms are next to each other and both parents have to get up early and go to work. Even if there is more square footage here, do we have the heart to do that? Are there better alternatives? Alison Bevan is a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant with a practice in Norwalk, Ct. As a Gentle Sleep Coach she works with families to solve their children’s sleep problems without leaving them alone to “cry it out”. She is a Q & A Sleep Expert for Kim West’s Gentle Parenting Community, a Certified Happiest Baby Educator, the mother of a ten year old, and the facilitator of sleep success workshops for Pediatricians, OB/GYN’s, Pre-Schools and Mommy Groups across the country. Her website is Sleepy Time Coach. Join Moms in Weston, CT on Thursday, December 1st at 9:30 am in the Community Room at the Weston Public Library (56 Norfield Road; 203-222-2665) for a workshop with Alison. Bring your questions. This event is free and open to the public. It is okay to bring your children.
