Now that the season is in full swing and the Fourth of July holiday has passed, schedule some time for art and culture at the center.

Ongoing through Sept. 8: Bird's Eye View in the WAC Gallery

The exhibit curated by Helen Klisser During features major contemporary photographs, drawings, and paintings depicting aerial views of real or imagined landscapes. The works are from the Andrew and Christine Hall Collection.

Wednesday, July 10: Summer Lunchtime Cafe - A Bird's Eye View of Long Island Sound, in Calm and Stormy Weather

Have lunch at WAC Wednesday, when the Nature Conservancy Director of Watershed and Outreach Programs Holly Drinkuth will speak about the Long Island Sound in good and stormy weather. Lunch will be available for purchase. Free and open to the public, 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Thursday, July 11: Plein Air Seascape Painting with Judy Katz

Local artist, teacher, and author Judy Katz will host this weekly class (through July 25) on plein air of watercolor painting various seascapes in Westport. Click here to sign up.

Friday, July 12: ArtCafé Happy Hour

Join Helen Klisser During Friday evening at 7 p.m. for a happy hour at Westport Arts Center.
