Umpawaug Road Property Sells for $10.15M in Redding

Nine properties were sold in Redding during the second half of November.

On Nov. 20, Tami O’Connor sold the property at 15 Orchard Drive to Chad and Leila Herrman for $555,250.

On Nov. 26, Volt Asset Holdings sold the property at 477 Black Rock Turnpike to US Bank, which in turn sold it to Thomas Marrero and Marianne Paradiso for $501,000.

On Nov. 26, Doneta Dunn sold the property at 248 Redding Road to Nicole English for $333,500.

On Nov. 27, Real Estate Holdings LLC sold the property at 102 Picketts Ridge Road to US Bank for $296,891.77.

On Nov. 28, CRL Trust sold the property at 175 Umpawaug Road to Escape from Connecticut LLC for $850,000.

On Nov. 28, RP Trust sold the property at 187 Umpawaug Road to Escape from Connecticut LLC for $10,150,000.

On Nov. 28, RP Trust sold the property at 185 Umpawaug Road to Escape from Connecticut LLC for $850,000.

On Nov. 28, Margareta Frank sold the property at 120 Black Rock Turnpike to Einar Ulffson for $330,000.

On Nov. 29, Jeffrey Roberts sold the property at 144 Gallows Hill Road to Amit and Indu Datta for $460,000.

This book really was a great read. And I bet his reading will be quite a performance too. Mr. BlackRead More is not only very, very funny, but very astute too. He's a screenwriter, so it shouldn't have surprised me to find that he is an excellent writer, but I was really impressed.
