On Sept. 4, James and Jodie Naber sold the property at 23 Sport Hill Road to Christine and Jess Gaspar for $615,000.

On Sept. 5, Mary Shah sold the property at 28 Umpawaug Road to Christine and Thomas Franklin for $665,000.
On Sept. 5, General Real Estate Holdings, LLC sold the property at 206 Umpawaug Road to Ingrid Klove and Michael Rhodin for $2,700,000.
On Sept. 6, Carrie Frizell sold the property at 56 Marchant Road to Richard Heyman and Maria Vanoni for $660,000.
