On Jan. 17, the estate of John Tweedy sold the property at 205 Poverty Hollow Road to Ian Ostrover for $445,000.
On Jan. 22, Anthony and Jacqueline Olivo sold the property at 31 Deer Spring Road to James and Stephanie Knight for $435,625
