On Dec. 20, Shu Chan and Christina Lee sold the property at 104 North Street to Barry Emmert and Maria Karantonis for $801,000.
On Dec. 28, John Irving sold the property at 73 Harvest Moon Road to Saman and Lee Sulzberg for $620,000.
