On Dec. 11, John and Ruanne Opie sold the property at 17 Twin Walls Lane to Andrew and Mary McGrade for $1,525,000.
On Dec. 12, Daniel and Karen Bennewitz sold the property at 96 Norfield Road to William Pitt and Aline Sullivan for $1,775,000.

On Dec. 13, Alexis Curtis sold the property at 103 Old Easton Turnpike to Yanli Li and Yu Zhao for $467,100.
On Dec. 17, Brian and Josephine DeMarco sold the property at 12 Cardinal Road to Timothy and Sarah Boksa for $586,000.
