Gallows Hill Road Home Sells for $545K
Three homes were sold in Redding during the first half of December.

On Dec. 3, Kathleen Smith sold the property at 20 Bayberry Lane to Brian and Lauren Candee for $400,000.
On Dec. 4, Peter and Beth Wolff sold the property at 13 Topledge Road to Wayne Westring III for $436,000.

On Dec. 13, Adam and Shannon Brill sold the property at 61 Gallows Hill Road to Brookfield Global Relocation Services Inc. for $545,000. That same day, the company transferred the property to Frank and Taryn Branca for no consideration.
