On Sept. 20, Michael and Marilyn Zingone sold the property at 5 Curiosity Lane to Jason and Sarah Boyce for $1,600,000.

On Sept. 20, Jennifer Roh sold the property referred to as Segment X-Map 3791 to Timothy Lawler and Mary Ritter for $8,300.
On Sept. 21, Ballymoss LLC sold Lot 1, 2, 3 and Parcel Z at 35 Kellogg Hill Road to Kellogg Hill Trust B for $2,024,200.
On Sept. 21, Ballymoss LLC sold the property at 40 Eleven O’Clock Road to Kellogg Hill Trust D for $875,800.
On Sept. 24, Eric and Robin Wagner sold the property at 206 Steep Hill Road to James and Nicole McNeer for $875,000.
On Sept. 24, Katherine Clark sold the property at 2 Glenwood Lane to Jonathan and Ilyssa Kelson for $653,500.
On Sept. 28, Mason and Darla Crocker sold the property at 15 North Calvin Road to Theodore and Nana Roper for $1,025,000.
