On Oct. 17, the estate of Helen Zilinek sold the property at 81 Black Rock Turnpike to Brian and Brenda Lilly for $185,250.
On Oct. 22, US Bank sold the property at 108 Sport Hill Road to Robert and Athena Westlund for $105,000.

On Oct. 22, the estate of Nancy Lutz sold the property at 10 Cross Highway to Clay and Amy Cowan for $915,000.
On Oct. 25, the estate of Louis Mrozinski sold the property at 11 Little Boston Lane to Thomas Bobbin and Catherine Wall for $445,000.
