On Aug. 2, trustees representing Inglea Maria Gram sold the property at 36 Chestnut Woods Road to Brian McGuinness and Darryl Murphy for $2,150,000.
On Aug. 2, trustees of the Kenneth Olshan 2000 Personal Residence Trust sold the property at 72 Sanfordtown Road to Jonathan and Michelle Krausche for $950,000.
On Aug. 6, David and Ellen Brown sold the property at 959 North Park Avenue Extension to Jamie and Linda Palladino for $720,000.
