On Jan. 7, Jack and Eileen Kaplan sold the property at 28 High Meadow Road to Joseph Batcha III for $575,000.
On Jan. 10, Nancy Carol Joblin sold the property at 81 Old Easton Turnpike to Alana and Denese Marshall for $705,700.

On Jan. 17, Newtown Savings Bank sold the property at 24 Samuelson Road to Waterfall Victoria Master Fund, Ltd. for $364,325.
On Jan. 18, Sam and Charlene Blount sold the property at 16 Wells Hill Road to Solimar and Ken Goodall for $880,000.

On Jan. 29, Frances Hill sold the property at 7 Kramer Lane to Weiqun Wang and Keming Xu for $408,000.
On Jan. 31, Susan Briggs sold the property at 67 Birch Hill Road to James and Kristin Spellacy for $730,000.
