• The will be showing "Vanishing of the Bees" — a film which takes a piercing investigative look at the economic, political, and spiritual implications of the worldwide disappearance of the honeybee. This feature-length documentary, which is narrated by Oscar-nomianted Ellen Page, also examines the current agricultural landscape and celebrates the ancient and sacred connection between humans and honeybees. The film starts at 7 p.m.

• The Joel Barlow High School junior varsity baseball and softball teams will be hosting teams from Stratford this afternoon at 3:45 p.m.
