Over 40 Females Kicking off the Holidays Spectacular Event at Title Boxing

Kicking off the Holidays with a Spectacular Over 40 Females Networking Event with a complimentary Kick Boxing class, a Holiday Bazaar, a lite lunch and Healthy Holiday Tips with special guest speaker Emily Fil­lo­ramo.  Emily is a Nutri­tion, Lifestyle and Image Expert.  She is a Cer­ti­fied Holis­tic Health Coach (CHHC) through the Amer­i­can Acad­emy of Drug­less Prac­ti­tion­ers (AADP).

Friday November 30Th from 12:00 - 2:00 pm with extended hours for the Holiday Bazaar from 11:30-2:30

AND for all who attend on Friday, you are also invited to enjoy TITLE BOXING - FREE FAMILY DAY SATURDAY DECEMBER 1st !!!

250 Westport Avenue (where the old Mandees was).Title Boxing is on the lower level around the back, next to Tumble Jungle.
