Guitar Hangar Opens in New Location This Weekend!

Guitar Hangar is happy to announce that we are moving into our new store this weekend! Our new location will be open on Monday, July 21st at 270 Federal Road, Unit 7, in Brookfield, right next door to Wesco Sports. The new storefront is just past Costo, on the left side if you’re headed north on Route 7, in the Brookfield Square Shopping Plaza.

After 12 years at our current studio at 61 Candlewood Lake Road, the expansion and relocation will allow us even more space to serve our customers. The new 2,000 square foot music store will have even more inventory of vintage, custom and hard to find guitars, as well as affordable guitars and gear for people of all skill levels and price ranges.

Guitar Hangar will also offer music instruction in guitar, bass, percussion and piano. Lessons for all ages and skill levels are taught with patience and professionalism by trained instructors who will keep you or your child challenged and having fun.

Brookfield musician, recording engineer and producer Rick Tedesco has owned and operated Guitar Hangar for the last fifteen years. As he embarks upon a new space and new concept, he hopes to reach out to the Brookfield and Greater Danbury area as the go-to source for musicians of all ages and skill levels.

Stop by to check out our new space on Monday and all next week for our “soft opening.” We will announce our Grand Opening date shortly. In the meantime, we are holding a huge July Moving Sale.
