Known for such international hits as "Light My Fire" and "Feliz Navidad,” Feliciano is an eight-time Grammy Award winner and long-time Weston resident celebrated all over the world for his music.  He will be joined by Bill Rother, another extraordinarily accomplished musician and performer living in Weston.  Rother played guitar in the 1950s with Fred Waring & His Pennsylvanians and has performed on “The Ed Sullivan Show” and at the White House.

The Alden Sherman Classic will showcase collectible cars, race cars and motorcycles from all over Fairfield County and beyond.  The event is free and open to the public, with a suggested tax-deductible donation at the gate that will be used to support the Weston Senior Activities Center.

“As our Senior Center increasingly becomes an important destination for our older neighbors, the need for fundraising has grown,” said Wendy Petty, Director of the Weston Senior Activities Center.  “We are asking people to give what they can.  No donation is too small.”
