From Farm to Canvas showcases the work of 50 artists inspired by the natural and rural landscape, the native wildlife and barnyard animals of New Pond Farm in Redding, CT. This show features artwork created on location over the past two years and includes portfolios, a silent auction, tea and art lecture, painting demonstrations, raffles, door prizes, and an open community Paint and Picnic event. Admission is free.
New Pond Farm Education Center was founded by actress Carmen Mathews who wanted to give back to the community and teach people about nature and farm life. Our invited artists are pleased to donate 30% of all sales from this show to benefit New Pond Farm in support of it’s mission of connecting people to the land.
