Tell us a little bit about yourself:

I was born in Ridgefield. I have two siblings and both of them are older. I went down to Georgia when I was 21-years-old to vacation and I ended up living down there for a while. I lived there for eight years.

How long have you lived in Redding?

I’ve lived here since 2001 and I’ve also worked in Redding since then.

Have you always been in the food business?

Yes, I started when I was down in Georgia. I worked at an Italian Deli down there and then I moved back here and began my ownership of Mini Vinny’s Deli.

What is your favorite aspect of Redding?

It’s an old town and I like that old town feel. I also like that everybody knows everybody.

What is your best memory in Redding?

To be honest, my best memories come from when they used to have carnivals in the parking lot of the .

What keeps you in Redding?

My friends and my family keep me here. They’ve always lived in the area. We are originally from Ridgefield, but we’ve pretty much been in Redding forever.

What do you do for fun in Redding when you aren’t working at the Deli?

I go to Topstone Park a lot and my 11-year-old son and I go swimming. We barbecue hotdogs and hamburgers on their grill up there.
