Mr. Debicella, who served two terms in the State Senate from 2006 to 2010, was the GOP candidate for the 4th U.S. Congressional District in 2010, a race he lost narrowly to the incumbent Jim Himes. In addition to his political experience, he has been a successful businessman, working as a consultant for McKinsey & Company, in strategic marketing for PepsiCo and, most recently, in management at Bridgewater Associates.
