RELAX starts registration

Redding-Easton Lacrosse (RELAX) has opened registration for the 2012 spring season.

All boys and girls in Redding and Easton in pre-school through eighth grade are encouraged to sign up online at www.re-lax.org.

Now in its 15th year, Redding-Easton Lacrosse has seen terrific growth, and the program is well balanced in Easton and Redding participation

RELAX is all about providing a fun and competitive environment for youth to learn about teamwork and sportsmanship and giving their best.

Recent improvements to RELAX include a boys and girls kindergarten through second grade program which focus on developing skills geared around the attention span of these younger players, PCA workshops for coaches and parents and position specific skill / strategy clinics for all players.

RELAX will host an open house on Saturday, Jan. 28, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Joel Barlow High upper gym to meet the coaches and register in person. RELAX gear will also be for sale.

The deadline for registration is Feb. 15. The season will start with a series of indoor practice sessions in March.

Families interested in lacrosse can learn more about the program and register for the Spring 2012 season at www.re-lax.org

This book really was a great read. And I bet his reading will be quite a performance too. Mr. BlackRead More is not only very, very funny, but very astute too. He's a screenwriter, so it shouldn't have surprised me to find that he is an excellent writer, but I was really impressed.
