'Tween Yoga and Crafts at the Mark Twain Library

'Tween Yoga and Crafts

Kids can get stressed, that's a given.  Here's how to give them a relaxing, fun, and creative hour and a half.

If your child is in grades 3-6, they can stretch their bodies and minds in a new ‘Tween Yoga and Crafts program at the Mark Twain Library.

The program will be held on the following Mondays: March 18, April 1, and April 8 from 4:00-5:30.

The yoga classes will be taught be Reddingite Jennifer Falasco.  Jennifer is a certified yoga teacher who specializes in Hatha-based yoga, and loves working with children and beginners.  Jennifer is also a librarian in Fairfield County.

Following the yoga session, Allison Murphy will lead a ‘tween craft-making session for the participants.
