• On May 2, the Estate of Werner Woschetzky sold the property at 73 Limekiln Road to Sarah McClernon and Peter Sachs for $320,000.

• On May 4, Kim Browning sold the property at 14 Fox Run Road to Matthew and Isobel Grodd for $815,000.

• On May 10, Robert P. Butler sold the property at 109 Black Rock Turnpike to Flagpole Holdings, LLC for $1,050,001.

• On May 16, George and Karen Rooney sold the property at 13 Long Wall Road to Thibaut J. Antoine for $970,000.

• On May 17, Jay McGorty transferred the property at 6 Little River Lane to New York Community Bank.

• On May 18, Heather and Jaremi Iwaszkiewicz sold the property at 98 Umpawaug Road to Robert S. Prusak for $387,000.

• On May 26, David and Helen Zavesky sold the property at 27 Deacon Abbott Road to Cheryl and Peter Graziano for $590,000.

• On May 26, Colin Rooney transferred the property at 32 Lee Lane to Margaret Rooney for no consideration.
