Mom Finds Son's Pot, Calls Police

Unusual arrests around Fairfield County.

A Stamford male was for bicycling into the garage of local hotel and attempting to break into cars with a screwdriver. The man was easily seen by staff, who notified police.

Westport Police officers responded to a report of driver slumped over behind the wheel of a stopped vehicle in the middle of an intersection. When police arrived he woke up and accelerated slowly through the intersection while officers ran alongside the vehicle yelling for him to stop.

for not wearing a seatbelt while driving back in August. When he was searched at the station, officers found a small bag of marijuana in his sweatshirt and 21 more bags in a hole in the shirt's lining.
